OUR PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT...
IT'S CALLED STEERING & IT'S ILLEGAL!
Did your insurance company provide you with the names of a few Select Service Repair Facilities or
Direct Repair Facilities and strongly suggest you go there? They may have even told you, you had to take your vehicle to a certain shop. IF they did, this is steering & it is illegal & we want to know about it!
Your insurance company may have stated they can not warranty the work of a shop
who is not one of their partner locations. Like any reputable business, we warranty our own work, we don't want or need an insurance company to do that for us!
Did they mention only the shops on their list "meet their performance standards" implying you should be
afraid of the quality of work of shops who aren't listed? This one is laughable, because too often we have to advocate on behalf of our customers in ensure the correct and proper repairs are being paid for by the insurance company.
They may have even pretended they never have heard of well known collision centers in an effort
to steer you toward their partner shops.
Concerned because our name was not on "their list"?
Don't be! We choose not to participate in these programs.
